There are around 40 restaurants in Calahonda, 25 within 10 minutes walk and the rest within 20 minutes walk. There are several typical Spanish restaurants and beach restaurants, as well as international restaurants; Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Indian, British and even a Swedish restaurant.
You can choose from informal tapas restaurants, like Bar El Zoco, and cafes as well as fine dining in the beautiful restaurant Niche.

Can I still use the apartment myself?
The Oxygen apartments are primarily sold as a rental investment with the benefit of using it as a holiday home.
Who will run the rental service and what will it cost?
The promoter Sea Group Union is the owner of the rental service rights.
The cost projected for the service is 25% of the rental plus cleaning and marketing, total estimation 30-35% depending on how many apartments sign up.
Do I need to furnish and equip the apartment in order to rent it out short term?
Yes, the apartment needs to be furnished and equipped according to the standard of the complex.

What kind of return can I expect on my investment?
This market study is based on availability and prices in the area to give you an idea. Bear in mind that there is no relevant “competitor” to Oxygen on the Costa del Sol, as we offer so many more services and sports facilities. So rest assured that both the prices and the occupancy of this new and beautiful complex will be better than any of the comparable examples. We base the study on 80% occupancy, 98 nights, in the high season (June, July, August and September) and 60% occupancy, 146 nights, in the medium season which is the rest of the year.
