There are not so many villas for sale in Torrequebrada right now. But what they lack in numbers, they make up for with quality. Villas here come in two flavours; luxurious and extremely luxurious. As most villas find themselves on a hillside, many have spectacular views over the Mediterranean. There are less than a handful of villas for sale in the region of 500 000 €, a few from 1 million to 2 million and then the jewel in the crown, which is a villa in the classic italian sense, at 5 million euros.

Torrequebrada has an interesting mix of apartments for sale. Some are right by the beach, while others are next to the golf course or have impressive sea views. While there are some new developments in Torrequebrada, most older apartments present a good standard and build quality. Nearly all have a community pool. Prices for basic apartments in Torrequebrada start at 130 000 € and level out at 300 000 €, although if you want more than two bedrooms, a penthouse or great views, you will probably have to spend over 450 000 € or even more for the largest or most luxurious ones.

If you need 3-4 bedrooms in Torrequebrada, a townhouse might be the best solution for you. There are a few nice communities, some including pools and some without. As opposed to villas and apartments, not many townhouses have sea views. Most are priced between 300 000 € and 400 000 €, which is reasonable compared to other urban areas on Costa del Sol. However, some larger or more well-equipped townhouses in Torrequebrada sell for well above those prices.

Torrequebrada is not only known for its beautiful golf course, Torrequebrada Golf, it is also home to the iconic Casino, right opposite to our new office. Torrequebrada is located between Torremuelle and the beautiful yacht harbour of Puerto Marina. On the wide beach promenade you can go for a stroll while enjoying some of the amazing beach restaurants; La Cala, El Trocadero or the traditional La Viborilla to mention some of our favourites. In the port of Puerto Marina you will also find lots of shops, restaurants and the Sealife Aquarium – fun for everyone! If you continue on the beach promenade you will reach Torremolinos and the world famous Carihuela area with its restaurants and beaches.
