Regarding the sale of our apartment through Start Group. In short, very efficient. We asked a representative from Start group to come to the property for a valuation. We already had an educated idea as to what the property could be worth and the indicated sale price was very close. After a bit of rationalisation a start price was agreed. Within 4 weeks a sensible offer was made and accepted. All the documentation was in place, a preferred completion date was requested, the sale/legal process went through in just over 4 months. Great service

I conducted a "casting" among several real estate agencies to sell my house. The first two wanted to make the contract directly with the photos I took with my mobile phone and without seeing the house.
