As a well established agency, with a huge list of clients, StartGroup is often presented with new pre-releases before other agents. This happens when developers need a certain amount of properties sold quickly in order to access building finance and start the construction of the new development. VIP pre-launches are only offered to clients signed up on our PRIORITY LIST and with big pre-release discounts.
