CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF SUCCESS

StartGroup, a renowned real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. Founded by Christofer Fogelberg and Pascal van der Woude, the company has grown from strength to strength since its inception. With offices in Calahonda, La Cala, and Torrequebrada Benalmádena, StartGroup has become a trusted name in the region.

To commemorate this significant milestone, Pascal and Christofer organized a memorable weekend trip for all staff members. The destination was Conil, a charming coastal town known for its breathtaking views and vibrant culture. The 42 participants indulged in a delightful wine tasting experience in Jerez, savoring the finest flavors that Cadiz has to offer.
The Barcelo Beach Hotel in Conil served as the perfect backdrop for this jubilant celebration. Over the course of the weekend, the participants relished mouthwatering delicacies and refreshing beverages while basking in the sun-kissed beaches of Conil.

Since November 2022 StartGroups Christofer Fogelberg and Daniel Holmqvists form part of the board of directors of the national association of estate agents GIPE. Since then this association has undergone many changes. The headquarters, located in Palacio Salinas in central Malaga, have been totally reformed, the association has developed into the first bilingual association in Spain and offers training certificates, insurance and legal support for Estate Agents in Spain. Member agents can also use the co-working centre in Malaga. GIPE works for a regulation of the profession in Spain and forms part of the European federation CEPI.
