How Golf benefits the Spanish Property Market

The golf sector has been a major influence on the Spanish property market. Golf has not only been of benefit to the Spanish property market, but also to local tourism, with a thirty-six percent increase in visitors in the first three months of this year, compared to last year.

With over 3,000 golf-related property sales this year alone, it’s clear that being close to a golf course is popular. Buyers are interested in the investment factor, as these property prices tend to increase more quickly than comparable homes in other areas.
